Then, his son, Alain Sacy, invested in vines in order to be a 100 % independant and has represented his cuvées in France and also abroad starting with New York City in 2001.
Yaël and Jonathan Sacy, after different work experiences in France and abroad, joined the family estate in 2013 to continue the development, bringing a new philosophy in the vineyard and vinifications.
A unique Terroir
Nowadays, we are working in 18 hectares of vineyards with deep respect of this land.
We are concerned by environmental matters and obtained labels HVE ( High Environmental Value) and VDC ( sustainable viticulture in Champagne).
These labels take into account as example how you manage water or biodiversity on your estate.
